Starter, Team, Business and Enterprise store contacts with no cap. Extra contacts cost nothing. There is no second cap for marketing contacts.
Priced per user
Starter is €49 per month for 2 users, Team €99 for 5, Business €149 for 10, Enterprise €249 for 25. Each extra user is €10 per month. All prices excl. VAT. Yearly billing includes two months.
The same record
Inbox, forms and projects sit on the same contact. A request from the website lands on the record, not in a second list.
Hosting in the EU
Core systems run in Frankfurt. The data processing agreement is on the DPA page.
The contact count does not change the plan
The plan follows users, storage and included apps. Email campaigns start on Team. The size of the contact list never counts.
