YOWO7 Inbox

Business email, the whole team can see

Multiple mailboxes, folders, labels and assignment. AI summarizes threads and suggests actions — a draft is created only after you click. The sender sits next to the thread as a contact.

What YOWO7 Inbox can do

Four building blocks from the shared mailbox to the customer record — no private inbox, no forwarding.

One inbox for the team

Several people work the same business email. Multiple mailboxes, assignment and filters for assigned or open.

Folders, labels, assignment

System folders plus your own, colour labels and one owner — with search, sort and multi-select.

Composer and AI

Reply, reply all, forward. AI summarizes and suggests actions. The draft appears only after you click.

The record on the thread

You see the CRM contact and their tickets next to the sender. You work in CRM and Support — not in a second tool.

One mailbox the whole team can see

No more forwarded threads and invisible emails. You create several identities, share them with the workspace or selected members, and assign threads to one person.

  • Several mailboxes per workspace, each as its own identity
  • Access for the whole workspace or for selected members
  • Filters for assigned and unassigned
  • Moves, assignment and read state live for everyone
  • Bell, browser push and a digest after you were offline

No private company inbox

Business email lands in the team inbox. Whoever replies sees the thread — not just their own account.

Folders and labels that match your flow

Inbox, Sent, Spam, Archive and Trash are there. You add custom folders per mailbox and tag threads with colour labels. Both filter the list.

  • System folders including spam, archive and trash
  • Custom folders per mailbox — rename and delete
  • Colour labels as tags, with their own filters
  • Search, sort, unread filter and multi-select
  • Empty trash when the thread should really go

Reply where the thread lives

You read the history, reply, reply all or forward. Attachments sit on the thread and are scanned before you open them. Several threads move, assign or label in one go.

  • Read, reply, reply all, forward
  • Rich-text composer for replies and new messages
  • Attachments with scan status: clean, scanning or blocked
  • Multi-select for moves, assignment and labels
  • Archive, mark as spam, delete, restore

Attachment only after the scan

Every attachment is checked. On a finding the download stays blocked — not after someone already opened the file.

AI suggests. You decide.

On the thread you see a summary and suggested actions: a reply draft or a quote draft. Nothing is written until you click. You edit the draft and send it yourself.

  • Summary of the thread
  • Reply-draft suggestion, on click
  • Quote-draft suggestion, on click
  • No silent autopilot: only the click creates the text
  • Sending always stays with the team

The sender is already a contact

Next to the thread sits the customer record: name, company, email. Tickets for the same person appear in the side panel. You work in CRM and Support — Inbox shows the link, it does not replace those apps.

  • Contact preview on the thread, with a jump into CRM
  • Tickets for the same person in the side panel
  • No second contact list just for email
  • Support stays the ticket app, Inbox stays company mail

Tickets stay in Support

You see the tickets on the contact. Status, priority and response times are worked in Support.

Send and receive on your domain

In Admin you add sending domains and sender identities. The mailbox hangs off the identity — display name, receive via MX or forwarding, and team access.

  • Verify your own domain and unlock sending
  • Identity with display name and address, e.g. info@acme.de
  • Receive via MX or forward to the platform address
  • Access for the workspace or for selected members
  • A platform mailbox is there from the start

What should happen on its own

Incoming mail does not have to wait for someone to sort it. An automation assigns the thread, sets labels, moves it to a folder or writes a reply — using the same actions you use in the inbox yourself.

  • Assign a thread, set labels, move to a folder
  • Archive, mark as spam or send to trash
  • Reply or start a new message
  • Triggers from CRM, Inbox and the other apps
